Who drives Business?
Organization or Person?
"People don't buy from a business, they buy from a person. All business connections are personal and personal connections are another form of business" - "Soaring With the Phoenix" by James A Belasco & Jerre Stead
Most people would agree with the above statement
Staff came first and created the organization. It can be seen
that when some staff leave an organization, some business goes down or some
departments of the organization become weak. We purchase from specific shops
because 'the salesperson is good,' 'he explains properly,' 'he supports proper
and easy selection of items,' 'he is pleasing,' and so on. Therefore, we must
select people who match our business and can drive our business.
